I just wanted to take a minute to commend you on the highly professional job you did selling my father’s home. In this time when houses are on the market for months and maybe sometimes years, you were able to bring in the sale of the house in two days of being on the market for almost asking price. You’re upfront and direct approach with us and the buyers saved us all unnecessary negotiations back and forth to get to the same result at the end…Happy buyers and happy sellers. Due to your knowledge and strength in the Real-estate market you were a true asset to us and made the process from signing papers to closing a truly seamless process. I have sold two of my own homes in the past and each time I was on pins and needles waiting for the next issue to arise. With you as our Realtor this never happened. If it did you never told us! Because of you we were able to close on the house in less than 45 days saving my family money in the upkeep of the house.
